Cristina Stevenson is a Bay County native and board certified nurse midwife (CNM) who is passionate and committed to the excellent care of all women, whatever their needs might be—from preconception to delivery and beyond. She began her career as a volunteer at Gulf Coast Medical Center while dual-enrolled in high school and college. She earned her ADN from Gulf Coast State College in 2001 and went to work immediately in labor and delivery- a dream she had since childhood. She got her BSN from Jacksonville University and traveled the nation answering the call of her heart serving the women, babies, and families in her care.
In February 2023 she earned her Masters Degree in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky, completing her clinical training in Tallahassee, Florida, and Dothan, Alabama. She brings more than 20 years of experience working to facilitate the miracle of birth and the care of women and their babies.
When not at work, Cristina enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and their three children, and their big busy family on the family farm.
As a Certified Nurse Midwife, Cristina brings a wealth of experience, a passion for life, and a commitment to excellence in the care of the whole woman.
