Dr. Bain, originally from Anniston, AL and raised in Atlanta, GA, brings over 30 years of experience in OB/GYN care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University. Dr. Bain went on to complete her medical degree at Vanderbilt University in 1990, followed by her residency in OB/GYN at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Passionate about women’s health and preventative medicine, Dr. Bain integrates evidence-based therapies with personalized guidance on nutrition and fitness. Her approach focuses on empowering women to achieve optimal health at every stage of life, incorporating strategies like yoga, weight training, and practical nutritional advice.
